Dr Phan Le Ha obtained her education in Vietnam and Australia. She is currently Professor in the International Program of Educational Leadership and Management Development, College of Education, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, after having held other long-term academic appointments in Australia, USA, and Brunei Darussalam. She concurrently holds Honorary Professorship at the IOE’s Culture, Communication & Media, University College London, UK, and Visiting Professorship at the Institute of Policy, Innovation, and Interdisciplinary Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, Vietnam. She has published extensively in her well-established expertise, including language and education, ttransnational and international higher education, the internationalization of higher education, and identity and mobility studies. She is series editor, founding editor and editor of book series and journals (i.e., series New Perspectives on Language and Education, Multilingual Matters, UK; Global Vietnam book series with Springer; Global Vietnam journal with Amsterdam University Press). Phan Le Ha served for five years as Teaching Section Editor of TESOL Quarterly (Willey), and is currently Associate Editor of Language and Education (Taylor and Francis), alongside serving on editorial and advisory boards of other book series and journals published by Cambridge University Press, University of California Press, Springer, Taylor and Francis, Routledge, Emerald, and Elsevier. Phan Le Ha has also written novels, poems and song lyrics in Vietnamese and English, as well as has created art installations.
